Induction Hardening Machines for Roll Necks
Our machines provide uniform induction hardening of roll necks, even at the transition point to the roll body. An additional quenching ring with its own drive facilitates optimal hardening of critical points.
Cryogenic freezers
The cryogenic treatment of the rolls at -150 °C enhances the quality of the hardened layer, resulting in a more uniformly hardened surface, increased hardness (+2 HRC), and improved wear resistance.
