Mining Agitator – 8 m³
The agitator is a custom-designed industrial mixing unit intended for mixing electrostatic precipitator fly ash with water and additives and for preparing pumpable injection mixtures used for backfilling formworks in mining shafts and underground drifts.
The construction is adapted for operation in abrasive, wet, and space-restricted underground environments and can optionally be configured in compliance with Ex IM2 requirements, where required by the project.
The agitator is engineered for intensive and abrasive mixing of bulk materials and for the reliable preparation of injection mixtures directly in the mining environment, with the option of explosion-proof execution in accordance with operational requirements.

Single-Shaft Mortar Mixer
The single-shaft mortar mixer is a custom-designed and manufactured mining mixing system. The unit is intended for mixing and pumping mortar for application by spraying or injection and is based on a design with a single mixing shaft and a single drive unit that simultaneously drives both the mixing mechanism and the pump.
The mixer is suitable for use in underground mines, inclined planes, shafts, and other worksites where abrasive, wet, and dusty operating conditions prevail. The unit is engineered for heavy underground operating conditions, with the drive design prepared for explosion-proof execution in accordance with Ex IM2 requirements, where required by the specific project.
Single-Shaft Plaster Mixer – 80 L
The portable 80 L mixing and pumping unit is a vertical, site-based mixer designed for the preparation and application of plasters and mortars in mining and industrial shafts. The unit enables the preparation and pumping of mixtures for spraying or injection onto shaft walls and other underground working areas.
The unit is designed for mobile plaster application directly at the point of use and is equipped with an integrated pumping line suitable for operation in dusty, wet, and abrasive environments, as well as in conditions with limited ventilation. The final protection configuration, mounting method, and any explosion-proof execution are defined upon order in accordance with the technical requirements of the individual project.

Chain Conveyors
Custom-designed driven chain conveyors for continuous transport of bulk and heavy materials such as sludge, ash, ore, and coal.
Function: material conveying using one or multiple driven chain lines
Operating mode: continuous or cyclic operation, suitable for horizontal and inclined installations
Operating environment: dusty, humid, and abrasive environments in confined underground spaces
All parameters (chain size, conveying capacity, speed, power rating, sliders/guides, sealing system, installation concept, and reduction drive) are defined at the order stage in accordance with project requirements.
Drive Drums
Drive drums for belt and chain conveyors, designed for high-load applications.
Function: transmission of torque to the conveyor system
Construction: cylindrical housing made of high-strength steel, mounted on a precision-machined drive shaft
Support: bearing assemblies designed for impact and cyclic loads (type and size defined by order specification)
Surface finish: smooth, hardened, or rubber-lined, as specified by the customer

Straightening and Bending Machine RS-02-B
The RS-02-B straightening machine is designed for straightening and reshaping steel profiles. It is intended for the correction of deformed support arches and I-profiles in coal mines, ensuring restoration of the correct cross-sectional geometry and bending radius within original tolerances.

Coal Impact Crusher
The coal impact crusher is a high-capacity crushing system equipped with a rotor and impact hammers. It is designed for the primary crushing of large coal lumps and for producing a fraction suitable for subsequent transport via belt conveyor.
Crushing is performed by a rotor fitted with impact hammers, ensuring efficient material breakage and continuous discharge of the crushed fraction beneath the rotor.

Rail-Mounted Mine Sludge Loader
The rail-mounted mine sludge loader is a purpose-designed machine for the efficient loading of underground mine sludge onto rail wagons in underground mining environments. It travels on rails and enables controlled collection, transfer, and discharge of sludge directly at the wagon loading point.
The machine is equipped with an integrated operator platform from which the operator manually controls the unit via pneumatic valves and control levers.
The loading bucket allows rotational movement as well as forward and backward travel for precise material collection. The collected sludge is then discharged in a controlled manner over the machine’s axis directly into the wagon.
The unit is designed for operation in humid, dusty, and spatially confined underground conditions. It is intended exclusively for material loading (without lifting personnel outside the operator’s position) and ensures reliable, robust, and long-term performance in demanding mining environments.
Hydraulic Titanium Tongs/Clamps for Safe Installation and Removal of Support Arches
Hydraulic Titanium Tongs represent an advanced, safety-optimized solution for the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of arch supports in underground mines. They are designed for demanding mining conditions where operational reliability and worker protection are of critical importance.
The system replaces the clamping force of bolted connections and enables controlled and safe handling of support arches.
Remote operation from a safe distance significantly reduces workers’ exposure to hazardous recoil and impact forces that may occur during the release of tension within the support structure.
The hydraulic drive ensures precise, stable, and repeatable clamping, while the system effectively dampens recoil forces generated during the release of loaded support arches in underground environments.
Load-bearing components made of titanium alloy reduce the overall weight of the device by approximately 40% compared to conventional designs, thereby improving ergonomics, mobility, and ease of handling.
Rail Wagon Stopping Compensator
The rail wagon stopping compensator is an impact energy absorption system designed for the safe and controlled stopping of mine wagons. It is engineered to gradually dissipate kinetic energy and reduce impact loads at rail end points or designated stopping zones.
The system operates on a spring-mechanical force transmission and damping principle, ensuring reliable absorption of impact forces while limiting the transfer of dynamic loads to the rail infrastructure. This significantly enhances the protection of rails, wagons, and supporting structures.
The rated stopping force capacity, damping characteristics, working stroke, and rail mounting method are defined at the time of order in accordance with the specific technical and operational requirements of each individual project.
Hydraulic Feed Unit for Geological Drilling
The feed unit serves as a mechanism for performing the working stroke in geological drilling operations. Hydraulic cylinders push the drill bit upward or forward. The hydraulic thrust mechanism for the drill bit enables faster and safer geological drilling.
Portable Drill Bit Grinding Device
The portable grinding device is a mobile, purpose-designed unit for precision grinding and reprofiling of ceramic inserts on drill bits. It is intended for the maintenance and refurbishment of ceramic tiles on drill bits used for drilling geological boreholes.
The device enables efficient refurbishment of drill bits either in the workshop or directly at the point of use, ensuring stable and repeatable reprofiling of impact surfaces on drill heads in industrial and mining operations.
Portable Core Cutting Device
The portable, purpose-designed Salus “Core Cutting” device is a mobile unit designed for precise longitudinal cutting of geological core samples, providing controlled and repeatable splitting along the entire length.
The device enables stable, controlled, and repeatable core sectioning directly at the point of use, supporting both field and workshop sample preparation processes.
Pressure Vessel
The pressure vessel is used for injecting mortar during the construction of formwork in pits. Plaster is injected through the tube using air pressure. The vessel possesses all the necessary certifications for pressure tanks and has passed the required A tests.
