Dryer Drum Production Line
We design, manufacture, assemble, and commission a production line for tumble dryer drums, which includes an unwinding machine, a sheet feeding and dosing system, punching and bending tools, cross-cut shears, a wrapping machine, and a cold-staple edge bending and calibrating unit. The line operates on a 30-second cycle.
Washing Machine Tub Production Line
We rebuilt and upgraded a production line for the manufacture of washing machine tubs. The upgrade included a newly implemented system for sheet metal unwinding and dosing, automatic transition from single to double layer of processing, production of knackers with special tools, installation of four spot welding units and automation of the rapid tool change and point machines.
